摘要
介绍了在发动机进气系统加入不同预混量甲醇对柴油机碳烟和NOx排放的影响.采用一种组合燃烧模式,该模式是指低负荷时发动机仅燃用柴油,中等以上负荷燃用柴油与预混甲醇.试验在一台改装的喷醇发动机上进行.与原柴油机性能进行的对比表明,采用组合燃烧方式的喷醇发动机的碳烟、NOx排放以及经济性明显优于原柴油机.同样工况下碳烟和NOx排放分别可以减少40%和15%以上,同时燃料消耗率也有大幅度改善.
This paper reports the effects of different amount of methanol pre-mixed at the intake manifold on the soot and NO_x emissions from a diesel engine.A combustion mode,called diesel/methanol compound combustion(DMCC),is proposed.DMCC means the engine only uses diesel as fuel at low load,but uses both diesel and premixed methanol as fuel at the other loads.The tests were conducted on a modified engine according to the requirement of DMCC.The testing results showed that,compared with the basic engine operated only in diesel as fuel,the modified engine had much better performances than those of basic engine in the same operating conditions, the soot and NO_x emissions from the engine decreased by more than 40% and 15% respectively,and the engine fuel economy also improved.
