On the open concept of higher education in new situation

知识经济的到来与加入WTO的新形势迫使大学深层次审视开放理念;开放理念折射于大学的培养人才、发展科技、服务社会的教育价值功能体系上,并由此推动大学教育在更深层次、更广范围内的两个向度使开放理念的落实。

Colleges and universities are forced to give a close and fresh look at the open concept with the arrival of knowledge economy and the entry of China into the WTO. The open concept has great impact on the personal cultivation ,the development of technology and science ,the service of society which are the major functions of education .The carrying out of it will promote the development of education in a much higher level and a broaderscope .
