Study of personal phychological characters of special poor college students and analysis of the producing reasons and solving steps

采用卡特尔16PF个性因素测试手段,以49名特困生为对象进行测试,总结出特困生的个性心理特征,剖析了其产生的原因,采取相应的对策,促进特困生健康成才。

Personal psychology characters of 49 special poor undergraduates,as the sample,was analyzed,and the reasons of the phenomena were listed.For their successful growing ,some steps should be taken were provided.
