构建我国体育志愿者组织的理论探讨

关于志愿服务及其组织建设的研究 ,近几十年来受到学术界的极大关注。我国政府的行政改革目前面临的一个重要问题是要使公共管理部门找到从传统的政府管理部门转化为现代劳务管理部门的道路。研究表明 :推进我国社会的非营利社会服务志愿组织的发育成熟 ,建立一个与其相配套的社会公共机制 ,是迫切需要解决的问题。如何借鉴运用“第三部门”及其相关理论指导建构我国群众体育的服务体系——非营利体育志愿者组织 。

Studying on volunteer service and organization has been emphasized by scholars in recent years.It is an important issue for government to find out the way of translating from traditional government management department into modern service management department.The result shows that it is good solution to promote nonprofit social work organization development,set up corresponded social public mechanism.How to use the theory of third sector and construct service system of our mass sport plays an important part in developing our mass sport.
