矩形截面直角弯管内高压成形过程的数值模拟 被引量:7

摘要 内高压成形技术是以轻量化和一体化为特征的一种空心变截面轻体构件的先进制造技术。在汽车工业领域,运用该技术能够生产出质量轻而且具有很高的强度和刚度的零件。矩形截面直角弯管是一类特殊零件,具有典型的直角弯曲特征,常规弯曲工艺无法加工。采用内高压成形技术,可避免常规弯曲方法的不足,实现该类零件的成形。对采用管材内高压成形技术加工矩形截面工件成形过程进行了有限元模拟,对整个管件的成形规律进行了总结分析,对于应用内高压成形技术生产该类零件具有重要指导意义。 Internal high pressure forming is an advanced technology characterized by lightweight and integrity,which can be used to manufacture hollow structural components and 'Vari-Form' parts.In the field of auto industry,many manufacturers have started to produce parts by this technology,to achieve weight reducing,strength increasing and stiffness improving.The bent-tube is a kind of special part with rectangular section,which has a right bending angle,and the traditional bending process is unsuitable.The technology of internal high pressure forming can avoid the disadvantages of the traditional bending process,realizing the forming of bent-tube.This paper analyzed the process of producing a rectangular sectioned part,and generalized the forming rules by the finite element method.This study offers an important direction for producing this kind of part with internal high pressure forming.
