摘要
在实际生产中,相对高度为5~12的深圆锥形厚壁管件的成形工艺难度较大。采用冷挤压成形工艺方法,能生产出各种尺寸、规格的深圆锥形管件。论述了冷挤压成形工艺原理及工艺条件、坯料的选择、冷挤压模具结构设计的特点及参数,该工艺方法简单,材料利用率高。
Generally, the technique of extruding the long conical pipe whose relative height is 5~12 is very hard. In this paper, we study the technique of cold extruding forming,and produced all kinds of the long conical pipe in that way. And we study the theory of the technique of cold extruding forming,the condition of the technique and the parameter of designing the cold extruding forming die. This technique is very simple, and the utilization ratio of material is very high.
