注射用前列地尔联合黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

THE CLINICAL INVESTIGATION OF DIABETIA NEPHROPATHY TREATED BY PGE_1 AND HUANGQI INJECTION

目的 观察注射用前列地尔联合黄芪注射液对糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。方法 80例 2型糖尿病肾病 (Ⅱ -Ⅳ期 )随机分为治疗组 (45例 )、对照组 (35例 ) ,两组均采用常规治疗 ,在此基础上 ,治疗组给予前列地尔联合黄芪注射液治疗 ,连续治疗观察 1个疗程 (1 0～ 1 4天 )。结果 治疗组的血糖、肾功等生化指标均优于对照组 (p <0 .0 5 )。 结论 本资料表明通过改善肾小球微循环的药物 ,可以降低尿中白蛋白 ,从而有效延缓糖尿病肾病的进展。

Objects To explore the clinical effects of using PGE 1 injection and Huangqi injection to deal with DN.Methods Separating 80DN cases(Ⅰ—Ⅳ)into two groups randomly:experimental group 45 cases,control one 35 cases.Both of them applied routine treatment.In addition,we added PGE 1 and Huangqi injection into group for 10-14days continuously.Results The bio-chemical points of treating group(GLU,functions of Kidney id better than contol one.(P<0.05).Conclusion The research shows that it can prevent DN from getting worse by improving the micro-circulation of nephropathy to reduce protein in urine.
