摘要
目的 研究沙棘中黄酮的提取方法。方法 利用吸附树脂洗脱萃取技术提取和分离沙棘中的总黄酮。结果 利用乙醇分离提纯 ,乙酸乙酯溶剂萃取再以聚酰胺吸附塔洗脱 ,回收后制得精制TFH ,总黄酮产率 (以芦丁计 )为 30 .0 %。结论 本提取方法操作合理、方便 。
Objective To research the way of abstraction total flavone from Hippophae rhamnoides L.Methods To abstract and separate the total flavone from hippophae rhamnoides L.with the technology of adsorption resinelution and extraction.Results In purified TFH product,the rate of the abstracted product of flavone(in terms of rutin)is by 30.0% after separation and purification with aicohol,extraction with the solvent of acetidin and elution with polyamide adsorption tower.Conclusion This abstraction technology is more reasonable and convenient to produce purer flavone product.
