摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、2 丙烯酰胺基 2 甲基丙基磺酸(AMPS)为单体,以水为溶剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,按一定的比例进行聚合反应,合成了AA MAA AMPS三元共聚物.最佳合成工艺条件为,单体配比n(AMPS)∶n(AA)∶n(MAA)=2∶10∶7(摩尔比),引发剂用量1.0%(占单体总质量),反应温度为75℃,反应时间为4h,合成的三元共聚物对CaCO3,Ca3(PO4)2有较好的阻垢分散性能.
Using water as solvent and potassium peroxydisulfate as initiator,a series of AA-MAA-AMPS terpolymers are synthesized by using acrylic acid(AA),methacrylic acid(MAA) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS). The best synthesis conditions are as follows:the monomers mole ratio is n(AMPS)∶n(AA)∶n(MAA)=2∶10∶7, the amount of initiator 1.0%,the reaction temperature and time are 75℃ and 4h respectively.The terpolymer has good properties of inhibiting CaCO_3and Ca_3(PO_4)_2 scale.
