摘要
采用金相复型技术,利用XJB-200金相检测仪、PME-323UN金相显微镜,对火力发电 机组主蒸汽管道进行了石墨化检测。结果表明,该主蒸汽管道的弯头、焊缝热影响区和三通等 部位石墨化严重,部分部件需要更换。
The inspection on graphitization of the main steam pipeline from a thermal power plant by means of metallurgic replica testing is presented. The results show that the graphitization of the bent, HAZ and tee of the main steam pipeline stand is severe, and the relevant components should be replaced.
