摘要
设计了一种新颖的能实现自动间隙回转的气动组合装置XST型气动分度盘,阐述了该装置的工作原理、结构特点、气动控制回路和确定主要参数的设计计算方法,同时对本设计中采用的缓冲方式进行了相关分析和比较.
The pneumatic combinatory mechanism, composed of pneumatic final controlling elements and various mechanical parts, can carry out planar or three-dimensional, rectilinear or rotational, continuous or intermittent motion. XST pneumatic dial is a new pneumatic combinatory mechanism, which can make intermittent rotational motion automatically. In the paper, the work principles of the mechanism, the characteristics of structure, the pneumatic controlling circuit, and the count method in design procedure for definiting the main parameters of some cylinders are presented. In addition, the buffer ways are analysed and compared.
