荷包钳与管状吻合器联合用于直肠癌保肛手术116例

Purse-String Forceps Combined with Single Stapling Procedure for Anus Preservation Operation in 116 Cases of Rectal Cancer

目的 评价荷包钳与单管状吻合器联合用于直肠癌保肛手术的作用.方法 分析1999年1月至2003年12月应用荷包钳与单管状吻合器作直肠癌保肛手术116例的经验报告.结果 本组116例应用荷包钳与管状吻合器作直肠癌保肛手术,发生吻合口漏8例(6.90%),吻合口狭窄6例(5.17%),吻合口出血1例(0.86%),无手术死亡.结论 荷包钳与单管状吻合器联合用于直肠癌保肛手术是一种经济、实用、安全的手术方式.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effect of purse-string forceps combined with single stapling procedure for anus preservation operation in rectal cancer patients. METHOD116 rectal cancer patients operated on from Jan. 1999 to Dec. 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS Anastomotic stoma leakage occurred in 8 cases(6.90%), stenosis of the stoma occurred in 6 cases(5.17%), Bleeding from anastomotic stoma occurred in one case(0.86%). CONCLUSION Purse-string forceps combined with single stapling procedure is an safe、practical and economized operation for anus preservation operation in rectal cancer patients.
