国产长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌

Clinical Observation Domestic Made Vinorelbine plus Cisplatin Chemotherapy in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的 观察国产长春瑞滨与顺铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒性反应。方法 治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 3 2例 ,长春瑞滨 3 0～ 40mg(约 2 5mg/m2 )d1、8,顺铂 40mg(约 2 5～ 3 0mg/m2 )d2～ 4。结果 全组总有效率为 40 6% ,CR率 3 1% ,PR率 3 7 5 % ,NC率 5 0 % ,PD率 9 4%。主要毒副反应为白细胞下降及胃肠反应。结论 国产长春瑞滨与顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌 ,疗效较好 ,毒性反应可以耐受。

Objective To evaluate the effect and toxicity of domestic made Vinorelbine plus Cisplatin in treating non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods 32 patients with NSCLC.NVB 30-40mg(More or less 25 mg/m 2) days 1 and 8,DDP 40 mg(More or less 25-30 mg/m 2) on days 2-4.Results The over-all reponse rate was 40.6%.CR 3.1%,PR 37.5%,NC 50%,PD 9.4%.The main tocicity was leucopenia and vomiting.Conclusions Domestic made vinorelbine plus cisplation combination chemotherapy in treating advanced non-small-cell lung cancer is an active regimen and with acceptable toxicity.
