目前很多应用软件大都涉及到空间信息处理,一般要使用GIS的功能。在单独使用可视化软件开发工具或GIS商用软件开发大型应用软件时,都会遇到一些问题。本文探讨了将可视化软件开发工具Delphi和商用软件MapInfo集成一体,开发洪水预报调度软件的方法。该方法充分利用二者的优点,避开其缺点,取得了较好的结果。

At present, some application software always deals with dimensional information, and often needs to use the function of GIS. During the process of develop great application software by using visible software or GIS commercial software separately, we often meet many problems. This paper discusses a method to develop forecast-schedule software by integrating Delphi and MapInfo. This method makes full use of the two's merits, avoids their shortcomings and gets a perfect result.
