摘要
项目群管理通过有效管理项目群中的所有项目,为实现企业的战略和商业目的提供了管理途径。项目群管理的优势带来了项目管理理论与实践的发展,本文在有关文献的基础上提出了项目群和项目群管理的概念,概括了项目群的类型,阐述项目群管理结构,并从管理要素维度、干系人维度、层次维度和时间维度对项目群管理活动进行了分析,同时构建了项目群管理信息系统。
The programme management provides a management approach to achieve company strategy and business object by effective managing projects in the programme, thereby the advantages of programme management develop theories and practices of the project management. Based on associated issues, this paper puts forward the concepts of the programme and the programme management. At the same time, the paper analyses the types and organization structure of the programme management. Then, the programme management activities were illustrated from four dimensions of management elements; stakeholders; levels and time. And finally, the paper proposes the programme management information system.
