以铜镉渣为原料生产电解锌的制液新工艺 被引量:1

摘要 设计了一种专门用以处理铜镉渣的"反向浸出—空气氧化除铁—锌粒振动净化"制液新工艺,并按此新工艺进行了流程试验。结果表明:新工艺可对高杂质含量的铜镉渣浸出液进行有效处理,锌浸出率为94.45%,净化锌粒单耗为120kg/t锌。并能控制生产成本在5500元/t锌以下,与同期用锌焙砂生产电解锌的成本相比,可降低1000元/t锌以上。 A new process for to treat the Cu-Cd slag using'back leach - removing Fe with the air to oxidize - vibrant purification of the zinc granule'route was researched. The results showed that the new process was effective to remove the high containing impurities in the leaching solutions of Cu-Cd slag, other the leaching rate of zinc was 94.45%, the zinc granule cost was 120 kg/t electrolytic zinc. As such the production cost could be controlled under $5 500 per ton electrolytic zinc, it has been reduced $1 000 per ton than using the caline in the same time.
