摘要
对电化学不锈钢着色工艺进行试验研究,提出溶液再生调整公式。通过比较溶液调整前后电量密度、着色时间与颜色种类及各种颜色着色时间与电流变化的关系的差异,得出溶液的再生调整可以延长溶液的寿命,减少对环境的污染。
Liquid recycle formula is given through tentative study on electrochemical coloring technology on stainless steel. The connection of electricity density, coloring time and color kinds and coloring time of all kinds of colors and electricity are compared with former liquid and recycle liquid. The conclusion is drew that recycle liquid can increase the use time of liquid and decrease environmental pollution.
