抗X射线复合涂层环境适应性研究

摘要 介绍应用等离子喷涂设备制备抗 X 射线复合涂层的工艺方法,并针对复合涂层的环境适应性问题,研究了降低涂层材料氧化、热应力集中和减小基材变形的技术措施。定量分析了复合涂层的化学成分,测量了复合涂层之间的结合力等参数,并给出了复合涂层高低温、湿热、震动等环境适应性的实验结果数据。研究结果表明,抗 X射线复合涂层可以达到实用化要求。 The preparation technique of composite film using plasma spray gun is presented,and environment adaptability on composite film of shielding X-rays is specifically studied.The technique of antioxidation measure of spraying coating material,reduction of the residual stresses in composite film and magnitude of workpiece deformation are explored.The phases composition and combining strength of composite film are determinated.The data of environment tests at maximum and minimum temperatures and in circumstance of humidity and random vibration are given.The results of research show that composite film can satisfy the basic requirments of weapon development.
