摘要
为了满足某些特定视频信息的保密传送的要求,综合采用多项图像特征分析技术,自动地实现了敏感图像内容的识别、分割与过滤。利用该项视频信息屏障技术,可减少人工干预和对系统运行的影响,把可能影响国家安全的敏感信息或保密信息的泄漏降到最低,可有效地提高我国的远程监测监视能力。
Some video information on the site would transport to the long-distance supervisory and control center in some special application in recent years.There is much sensitive information in the video,whose protecting is an important problem. A new video method of telemonitoring in this application is discussed.Using advanced digital signal processing and pattern recognition techniques to set up video information barrier will decrease the sensitive information leak in the monitoring process,and it provides confidence that the measurement system functions exactly as designed and constructed.
