On the resocialization of criminals

罪犯的犯罪行为说明其自身的社会化是不完全的。对罪犯的再社会化是改造罪犯工作的核心内容。罪犯社会化过程中存在着心理结构、信念体系、价值体系、自我意识 ,需要结构等方面的缺陷 ,鉴于此 ,罪犯的再社会化应包括政治再社会化、道德再社会化、基本生活技能和文化知识的再社会化、社会角色的再社会化等内容。

Criminals' committing offenses shows that defects exist in their selvf-socialization.The resocialization of criminals is the main content of criminal reformation.Defects in psychological constitution,system of belief,system of value,self-consciousness and structure of needs exist in criminals' being socialized.Therefore,the resocialization of politics,the resocialization of morality,the resocialization of basic living skills and knowledge and the resocialization of social roles should be included in the resocialization of criminals.
