构建四川民营企业社会技术服务体系的探讨

Discussion on Establishing A Social Technological Service System of Sichuan Civilian Corporations

民营企业发展已成为四川经济发展的重要力量,鼓励民营经济的发展是振兴四川经济的重大战略。四川民营企业多为中小型企业,技术创新能力比较薄弱,成为提高其核心竞争力的重要障碍。本文通过对四川民营企业的结构和技术服务需求的分析,对建立我省民营企业的社会技术服务体系内容进行探讨,并针对当前民营企业社会技术服务体系存在的问题,提出了措施和建议。

The development of civilian corporations has become an important force of economic development in Sichuan. Encouraging the development of civilian corporations is a major strategy for developing the Sichuan economy. Most Sichuan civilian corporations are middle or small-scaled corporations whose technological creative ability is weak, which becomes an important obstacle in improving key competitive ability. Through the analysis of the structure and the requirements of the technological service of Sichuan civilian corporations, this paper discusses the establishment of a social technological service system and puts forwards detailed measures and recommendations, aimed at the problems of the present social technological service system of civilian corporations.
