摘要
从微观角度和刀具的导热性分析了Si_3N_4陶瓷刀具与硬质合金刀具切削过程,并观察了不同的切屑,证明陶瓷刀具切除的切屑有热变形的特点。
Both the Si_3N_4 ceramic tool cutting process and the carbide tool cutting process is studied as viewed from microanalysis and heat conducivity of tool. Allkind is observed. It is proven that the chips cut by Si_3N_4 ceramic tool have hot deformation properity.
