劳动力市场制度性分割是我国转型时期劳动力市场机制运行的一个基本特征。其制度性的缺陷在于分割了劳动力市场 ,制约了劳动者在劳动力市场的有序流动 ,阻碍了非农就业的进程 ,其后果是不利于“三农”问题的解决 ,不利于建立城乡一体化的劳动力市场和统筹城乡经济 ,不利于社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善。
