摘要
用透射电镜研究了LY12铝合金在不同形变热处理中显微组织的变化,探讨了强化的机理,找出了较佳的形变热处理工艺制度。研究结果表明:采用“固溶处理→100℃预时效6小时→冷轧25%→150℃终时效6小时”
The mierostructures during variant TMT of LY12 aluminum alloy are investigated by TEM, and its mechanism of strengthening is discussed. It is found that TMT regulation of solution treatment→100℃ preaging ror 6 hours(underaging)→25% rolling at RT→150℃ final-aging for 6 hours' produces the optimum effects on LY12 alloy plate.
