石英毛细柱气相色谱分析单糖的研究

Studies on Capillary Gas-chromatographic Analysis of Monosaccharides

选用蒽为内标物,采用糖晴乙酰酯衍生化法在OV-101,SE-54,CPB1和CPB20石英毛细柱上分别进行气相色谱单糖分析方法的比较研究,提出一个新的毛细柱色谱定性、定量测定单糖成份的内标法。

Using anthracene as the internal standard, the separation and determination of monosaccharides as aldononitrile acetate derivatives is investigated on four capillary columns,OV-101, SE-54, CPB1 and CPB20, respectively. It is found that SE-54 column was most suitable for this purpose, considering the resolution and analytical time.
