摘要
桂平航运枢纽水电厂机械刹车回路由于设计不合理,经常烧毁刹车电磁阀线圈,致使水电厂自动机械刹车一直无法投入使用,长期采用人工开、关闸阀的形式投、退刹车,影响了水电厂的自动化水平和安全运行.为此,就有关回路进行分析,并提出技改方案,使自动投、退刹车得到了解决,其运行效果良好.
Owing to irrational design of mechanical brake circuits,the solenoid valve coils of turbine braking burn out very often at Guiping Shipping Hub Hydropower Station. This has led to the inability of normal operation of the automatic braking system and in this case,manual control has to be initiated. This situation has an influence on the automation level and safety operation of the turbines. The paper analyzes related circuits and suggests some solutions to refurbish this system. This has ensured a good efficiency for the braking system of turbine.
