摘要 日历腐蚀环境作用后材料或结构件的疲劳累积损伤规律是科学地确定飞机结构日历寿命的关键 ,为此本文进行了多种“疲劳 +腐蚀”模式的损伤累积试验 ,研究了“机械载荷”和“腐蚀载荷”的相互影响 ,提出了腐蚀环境作用后疲劳累积损伤的竞争模型。与实验结果的比较表明在“疲劳 +腐蚀 +疲劳……” Fatigue damage cumulative rule after calendar corrosive environment is crucial for determining calendar life of aircraft structure. In an attempt to find way out, firstly, damage cumulative tests of kinds of “fatigue +corrosive” models are carried out in this paper. Secondly, effects of mechanical loading and corrosive loading on each other are studied. Finally the fatigue damage competitive rule is put forward .The predict results of fatigue damage competitive rule and test results at “fatigue+corrosion+ fatigue……” mode are in better agreement.
