摘要 根据多尺度均匀化理论建立了管板有效弹性常数研究的有限元计算模型 ,在弹性平面状态下 ,计算结果与ASME规范中采用的有效弹性常数进行了比较 ,其相对误差在 0 .2 % ,然后对管板中胀接管子的加强作用进行了研究 ,得到了管板有效弹性常数与胀接管子在孔间带效率为 0 .4时的变化曲线。计算结果表明 。 The finite element model based on multiple scale homogenization theory is built for studying on effective elastic constant of tube sheet. The numerical result obtained is compared with effective elastic constants adopted by the ASME code, and relative error is less than 0.2%. The expanded tubes reinforcing effect is researched, the effective elastic constants curves are obtained while the rate of pitch of the holes pattern is 0.4. The numerical result implies that homogenization method is feasible to calculate the effective elastic constants of tubesheets.
