山东省主要粮油作物区域比较优势分析

ANALYSIS ON COMPARATIVE SUPERIORITIES OF MAJOR GRAIN AND OIL CROP REGIONS IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

该文利用以产量和规模为基础形成的综合比较优势指数 ,对山东省六大粮油作物在各市的比较优势进行了计算与分析 ,结果表明 :山东省粮油作物生产存在显著的区域差异 ,粮油作物生产的优势地区大多具备良好的市场区位条件 ,而且粮油作物生产的格局已开始遵循比较优势原则。山东省粮油作物生产战略应稳定规模优势 ,扩大产量优势 ,强化农产品质量 ,协调好粮油作物生产与发挥区域农业比较优势的关系。

This paper uses the comprehensive comparative superiority indexes formed from yield and scale basis to conduct calculation and analysis on the comparative superiorities of 6 major grain and oil crops at various cities. The results indicate that there exist distinguish regional differences in the grain and oil crops production in Shandong Province; the grain and oil crops production areas with advantageous mostly possess fine market location conditions, and the distribution of grain and oil crops production has begun to follow the principle of comparative superiorities. The strategy for grain and oil production in Shandong Province should stabilize its superiorities in scale, expend its superiorities in yield, strengthen the quality of agriculture products and coordinate the relations between grain and oil crops production and displaying the comparative superiorities in regional agriculture.
