摘要 各种原因引起的心肌梗死是临床上重要的死亡原因。利用细胞种植可以增加有功能的心肌细胞数量和质量 ,但是供体细胞来源受限。干细胞是一类具有无限增殖和多向分化潜能的细胞 ,进行合适的诱导可使其向心肌细胞方向分化 。 Myocardial infarction(MI) was the most important death cause, Utilization implantation of cell can increase the quantity and quality of functional cardiac myocyte.The stem cell posses boundless proliferation and multi-differentiation ability.Suitable induction makes it to cardiac myocyte,which provides new pathway in the therapy of clinical ischemic heart diseases.
