内毒素是革兰氏阴性菌细胞壁中的成分 ,既可对机体产生许多致病作用 ,又可对机体发挥有益的生物学活性。本文对其主要检测方法如比色法、凝胶法、浊度法、酶联免疫吸附法、流式细胞术法等以及内毒素的检测对消化系统疾病、细菌感染性疾病。

Endotoxin is an ingredient of gram-negative bacterial cell wall. It can mediate several pathogenic effects but also has some beneficial bioactivities. In this paper, the main inspection methods sush as Colorimetry, gelation, nephelometer, ELISA and flow cytometry and the significance of endotoxin inspection to digestive system disease, bacteria infection disease and fever are summarized.
