摘要
介绍了攀钢新建方坯连铸结晶器液位控制系统,对系统的组成、功能、调节原理及实现作了简要阐述。控制系统投运后,液位控制精度在稳定工作状态时约±3mm,系统响应速度快,性能稳定可靠,不但改善了铸坯表面质量,提高了连铸机作业率,而且减轻了工人的劳动强度。
The liquid-level control system of crystallizers for newly built square billet continuous casting process of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co. was introduced. Composition, function, adjustment principle and realization of the system were briefly presented. After the control system was put into production, the control accuracy of liquid level was ±3mm in stable work state.The system had quick response speed and stable and reliable performance. This not only improved surface quality of casting bland and increased operation rate of continuous caster, but also reduced labour intensity of workers.
