摘要
以二苯胺甲烷磺酸盐为催化剂 ,合成了丙酸异戊酯 ,考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明 ,在最佳条件下 ,酯化率可达 97.7%。
iso-Amyl propionate was synthesized by the esterification of propanoic acid with [WT5BX]iso-amyl alcohol using diphenylammonium methanesulfonate as a catalyst. The effect of different factors, such as reaction time, the amount of catalyst and the ratio of iso-amyl alcohol to propanoic acid on the yield of iso-amyl propionate were carefully studied. The experiment results showed that the esterification rate was 97.7% under optimal reaction conditions.
