摘要
通过在Er3+/Yb3+共掺光纤中将Er3+离子的浓度提高到0.5%(wt)且没产生浓度猝灭时,使用该光纤进行泵浦放大,获得了22.3dBm的饱和输出功率,并与我们研制的掺Er3+光纤的相关参数进行了比较,对Er3+/Yb3+光纤和Er3+光纤的相关谱线进行了分析,可知Er3+/Yb3+共掺光纤在大容量高输出功率放大器应用方面的优势明显.
Using Er^3+/Yb^3+ co-doped fiber for pumping-amplification when its concentration of Er^3+ ion has been increased to 0.5% (wt) and no concentration quenching occurred, we obtained the situation output power of 22.3 dBm.We compared this resualt with the relevant parameters of our Er^3+-doped fiber, and made spectral analysis for Er^3+-doped fiber and Er^3+/Yb^3+ co-doped fiber, the result shows that the Er^3+/Yb^3+ co-doped fiber has obvious advantages when it applied to the amplifier with large capacity and high output power.
