摘要
以金属 W粉为无机原料 ,采用多步溶胶 -凝胶技术结合浸渍镀膜方法制备出 WO3 薄膜 ,借助化学刻蚀、可见光分光光度计、椭偏仪等仪器测量了薄膜的特性。实验表明 :采用本方法 ,可使薄膜的折射率增大 (从 1.76增加至 1.89) ,同时保持了薄膜良好的电致变色性能 ,增强了薄膜的稳定性。
WO_3 thin films with tungsten powder being the raw material have been prepared by using multi-step sol-gel process together with the dip coating method. The properties of the thin films have been investigated with chemical etching, ellipsometer and spectrophotometer. The experiment indicates that the refractive index of the films made by this way increases from 1.76 to 1.89. The films have good electrochromic properties and improved stability.
