摘要
目前激光牛顿环中心测量方法无法实现自动化、数字化、实时性 ,针对这一问题提出了基于 Hough变换算法的软件实时处理方法。该算法利用图像边缘的梯度方向信息 ,很好地解决了一般 Hough变换的无效累积问题 ,可以快速检测出圆心坐标。基本满足了实际应用的高精度导轨测量和准直测量。
At present, it is difficult to realize automation, numerical expression and real-time processing in the measurements for the center of laser Newton rings. To solve this problem, a new real-time processing method based on Hough transform algorithm is presented invalid. The cumulation in common Hough transform can be greatly solved by using gradient direction information of image edge, and the coordinates of the center of circle can be quickly detected. It is proved, for the most part, that the method can meet the requirement of practical application in high precise measuring of collimation.
