组织成员对组织信任的影响因素及其作用关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 随着组织中高度复杂活动的涌现,对组织成员自愿形式合作的需求越来越迫切,而组织信任有助于成员间自愿合作的产生。本文在总结组织可信任度构成要素基础上,提出组织可信任度的支撑要素,并进一步构建了组织成员对组织信任影响因素及其作用关系概念模型,根据来自21个组织的280份有效数据进行了实证研究。研究结果有助于组织把握建立组织信任的要素和途径,并进一步促进自愿合作的产生。
