基于组织公民行为的人力资源管理新模式 被引量:1

摘要 随着组织行为学领域对组织公民行为研究的深入,组织公民行为对组织绩效的重要作用越来越受到人们的重视。传统的入力资源管理职能较少涉及对组织公民行为进行管理的内容。本文在对组织公民行为理论进行回顾的基础上,指出该理论在人力资源管理各职能活动中的应用,并据此分析探讨了基于组织公民行为的人力资源管理新模式。
