摘要 研究柴油机电控系统可靠性问题.逐层建立电控单元中硬件电路和信号处理系统的可靠性数学模型,推导其可靠度表达式,经简化对硬件电路进行可靠性预计和分配,依据预计结果进行电控系统元件的选择和电路优化设计.以电控单元中信号处理系统为例进行了可靠度分析.对按照有关标准设计完成的柴油机电控单元进行8项环境实验和50h台架可靠性考核实验,验证了电控系统可靠性预计、分配及设计方法的有效性. To improve the reliability of diesel engine electronic control unit, on the basis of an analysis of the function and construction of electronic control systems, mathematical reliability models of electronic control unit are built up. Expressions for the calculation are presented. After reasonable assumptions and simplification, the reliability prediction allocation of the hardware circuit is carried out. System experiments were conducted to prove the propriety of the reliability analysis and the design method used.
