摘要
研究中药舒益欣的抗炎、镇痛、抑菌作用.采用鼠耳肿胀法测定其抗炎作用效果,以冰醋酸致痛,采用扭体法研究镇痛作用,并采取试管连续稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度.实验结果表明,舒益欣可明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,冰醋酸所引发的小鼠扭体反应,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及变形杆菌有明显的抑制作用.证明了舒益欣具有良好的抗炎、镇痛、抑菌作用.
The effects of Shuyixin as to anti-inflammation, analgesia and bacteriostasis were examined. Ear edema in mice was used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect, and mouse writhing assay tested for analgesic test. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and Minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were assayed by mean of continuous tube dilution. The results showed that Shuyixin can significantly inhibit the xylene-induced ear edema and writhing action induced by acetic acid, and has significant inhibitory effect on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and proteus. Shuyixin is a promising new herbal medicine for anti-inflammation, analgesia and bacteriostasis.
