摘要
旅游服务质量是指旅游企业能满足游客享受旅游服务的水平。旅游服务质量对于旅游业的发展是至关重要的,是决定游客选择旅游目的地的一个重要的决定因素。因此,进行旅游服务创新,提高旅游服务质量对于旅游业发展的弹性非常大。本文运用四纬度模型来分析旅游服务创新,以期推动旅游业的进一步发展。
The travel service quality means that the tourist enterprise can meet visitor's level of enioying tourist service. The quality of travel service is essential for the development of tourist industry.It is an important decisive factor of the visitor's travel destination. Therefore,carrying out tourist service innovation,improving travel service quality are very elasticity to the development of tourist industry. This text uses four latitudes'model to analyze tourist service innovation in order to promote the further development of tourist industry.
