摘要
《合同法》颁布实施已5年有余,该法对经济交往中诚信体系的建立和完善起到一定的作用。但《合同法》在实施中存在一些问题,法律在执行中也存在一些空隙,这需要我国加强法律的执行,同时改善我国经济往来中诚实信用大环境。通过合同法的实施到位,建立我国的诚信体系。
the Contract Law has been promulgated for about 5years. The rules and regulations established in the Law play an important role in establishing and improving the credit system in the economic are still some problems in the enforcement and also deficiencies in the implement of the Contract Law. So it is crucial to enhance the implement of the law, at the same time we should in the economic intercourse. We should establish our credit system through carrying out the Contract Law sufficiently.
