中国现代化进程中地区发展不平衡的政治学分析

ANALYSIS OF THE DISEQUILIBRIUM AMONG REGIONAL DEVELOPMENTS IN THE COURSE OF THE CHINESE MODERNIZATION IN THE VIEW OF POLIITICAL SCIENCE

在中国现代化进程中,存在着地区发展极不平衡的问题。同东部沿海地区相比,中西部民族地区发展缓慢,两大地区之间发展不平衡,差距较大。这一状况已经对我国社会经济、政治生活产生种种不良影响,不利于消除民族间事实上存在的不平等以及促进各民族共同发展繁荣,从而阻碍着中国社会主义现代化的进程和21世纪中华民族的伟大复兴。对此,笔者对中央政府、中西部民族地区和东部沿海地区各级政府提出了对策建议。

In the course of the Chinese Modernization, there has been the disequilibrium of regional developments. Compared with the coastal areas in the East of China, the national areas in the Mid-Western part of China have developed slowly. The disequilibrium of the development exists in these two large areas and there has been a great difference there, which has had a bad effect on China's social economy and political life, and which is of no benefit to the elimination of the existent unequality among nationalities and to the promotion of prosperity among all nationalities and which will prevent the course of the Chinese socialist modernization and which will prevent the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the 21st century. For this reason, the author puts forward the countermeasures for the Central Government, the national areas in the Mid-Westen part of China and the coastal areas in the East of China.
