摘要
介绍施工评标的基本方法、价值工程原理及运用价值工程原理进行施工评标的途径 。
The basic methods for bid evaluation in construction, value engineering principles, and the way of evaluating construction bid by value engineering principles are introduced. Besides, the feasibility and advantages of the methods mentioned above are introduced based on examples.
