摘要
北营炼铁公司3号高炉有效容积为350立方米,通过采取一系列措施如以精料为核心、小高压、大矿批操作、全风温、大喷吹、焦丁混装入炉操作、降低生铁Si含量、增加出铁次数等,使3号高炉的强化冶炼达到了历史最好水平,各种经济技术指标均达到了国内同类型高炉先进水平。冶炼强度由原来的1.58t/(m3.d) 提高至1.77 t/(m3.d),利用系数由3.22 t/(m3.d)提高至3.45 t/(m3.d)。
The furnace No3 of Beiying Iron has valid volume 350m3.In recent year,intensify smelting operation reaches best historical level and so much technic-economical indexes reach advanced level of domestic similar furnaces.because we carried out a series of measures,such as taking fine burden as kernel,minor high-pressure,large ore burdening operation,overall blow temperature,higher spraying,mixed coke batching,decreasing Si content of iron and increasing tapping frequence.
