摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,在机遇与挑战面前,最为直接、最为突出的是对中国政府的管理职能、管理方式和管理能力带来的挑战,但说到底是对公职人员素质的挑战。本文结合我国入世后经济步入全球化的实际情况,深入分析了政府公职人员队伍存在的问题,进而提出了加强公职人员培训的具体对策与建议。
Against the background of globalized economy and in of opportunity and challenge,the most direct and clear challenge will be that which accrued from the function,manner and ability of government management,in the final analysis,it challenges the personal quality of government functionary.Combining the status quo of globalized economy after china joining WTO,this paper analyses the personal phenomena of government functionary,and further presents effective countermeasures and suggests to improve training.
