栀子苷利胆作用实验研究

Experimental Research on the Cholagogic Action of Gargenoside

目的 :观察栀子苷的利胆作用。方法 :采用灌胃的方法 ,观察栀子苷对正常大鼠和由异硫氰酸 1 萘脂所致的肝损伤大鼠 6h内胆汁排泌量及胆固醇、总胆红素、直接和间接胆红素的影响。结果 :栀子苷 0 .2 ,0 .4 ,0 .8,1.6 g/kg ,均能明显促进正常大鼠和由异硫氰酸 1 萘脂所致的肝损伤大鼠 6h内胆汁排泌量 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,对胆固醇、总胆红素、直接和间接胆红素没有明显影响。结论 :栀子苷具有利胆作用。

Objective: To observe the cholagogic action of gardenoside. Method : Normal rats and the rats with α-naphthy1-isothiocyanate(ANIT)-induced liver injury were treated with gardenoside and then observed the amount of bile excretion and the changes of cholesterol, bilirubin, direct bilirubin and unconjugated bilirubin after 6 hours.Result: The amount of bile excretion after 6 hours could be significantly improved in both normal rats and the rats with ANIT-induced liver injury by treating gardenoside-containing herbal medicine 0.2,0.4,0.8 and 1.6 g/kg(P<0.05 or P<0.01), meanwhile there was no obvious effect on cholesterol.bilirubin, direct bilirubin and unconjugated bilirubin. Conclusion:Gardenoside has cholagogic action.
