摘要
并行工程(CE)是适应现代市场快速变化的一种新型管理技术,其运行需要有一个高效率的组织平台作为载体.文章对矩阵制组织结构进行了再设计,使其在保证矩阵制组织结构优点的情况下,克服矩阵制组织结构管理复杂、权责关系不容易界定,组织稳定性差,存在双重职权关系等缺点,适应并行工程工作模式的要求.
Concurrent engineering(CE) is a new management technology. It needs a high efficient organization platform for its work. In this paper, matrix organization structure is redesigned. Management complex, uneasy difference between right and duty, organization stable low and double right relationship and other de-faults of the organization structure are overcome. And at the same time its advantages are kept. The platform also adapts the model need of CE.
