摘要
为提高铜的浸出率 ,在用硫酸浸出硫化铜精矿前 ,用纳米TiO2 光催化剂 ,在日光照射下对铜精矿进行氧化预处理。当矿浆pH值为 5左右时 ,通过充入适量氧气进行 2 0h的氧化预处理 ,铜的浸出率可由 43 .66%提高到89.0 0 %。在适当条件下 ,TiO2 光催化剂可使黄铜矿氧化。
Before sulfuric acid leaching of sulfide copper concentrate, the oxidation pretreatment of the copper concentrate by using nanometer TiO 2 photocatalyst and under sunlight shining was carried out in order to increase the leaching rate of copper.When the pulp pH value was around 5 and suitable quantity of oxygen was supplied,the leaching rate of copper can be increased from 43.66% to 89.00%after the oxidize pretreatment of 20 h.The TiO 2 photocatalyst can be used to oxidize chalcopyrite at proper condition.
