摘要
玉米秸秆黄贮过程中接种乳酸菌可以迅速降低原料的pH值 ,有效抑制腐败菌生长 ;添加纤维素酶 ,可以使秸秆的纤维含量由原来的 35 .3%降低到 2 5 .3% ,并增加可溶性碳水化合物含量 ;同时使用酵母菌 ,可使粗蛋白含量提高 10 % .所以 ,微生物青贮剂的使用 ,能有效改善黄贮秸秆的品质和营养价值 .
Inoculating lactic acid bacteria resulted in a rapid drop in pH,and had the ability to control the growth of pathogenetic microorganisms in ensilage of the corn straw. The fiber content of the straw inoculated with cellulase as decreased from 35.3% to 25.3%,and the level of water soluble carbohydrate (WSC) was higher than that of the control. Forthermore,inoculating yeast to ensilage straw resulted in the content of crude protein increasing by 10%. Those results indicated that microbial inoculants were necessary for improving the quality and nutrition value of ensiling corn straw.
